Welcome to Jiblix. By accessing or using our website and mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Marketplace Platform

Jiblix operates as a multi-vendor platform facilitating connections between local consumers, independent store partners, and delivery couriers. Jiblix acts as an intermediary; merchant partners are directly responsible for the preparation, quality, pricing, and availability of their goods.

2. Orders & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders placed through the customer app represent an agreement to purchase the selected items. Customers agree to pay the total amount shown (items subtotal plus applicable delivery fees) in cash upon delivery to the authorized courier.

3. Store Availability and Pricing

Product prices, item availability, and store hours are maintained directly by merchant partners. While Jiblix strives to maintain accurate listings, occasional variances in stock or pricing may occur and will be communicated promptly.

4. Merchant & Delivery Partner Rules

Store partners and delivery couriers using JibliX Partner and JibliX Delivery must adhere to local commercial regulations, provide accurate product representations, and maintain professional standards when interacting with customers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jiblix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product defects, delivery delays caused by traffic or weather, or merchant unavailability.
